In the wake of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day this March, Rixos Bab Al Bahr, an ultra-all-inclusive family beach resort in Ras Al Khaimah and Canvas The Label, a bespoke suit label for women, unveils the “Empowe(H)er Competition,” an initiative dedicated to celebrating the diverse and transformative contributions of women who inspire, lead and enact change in their communities and beyond.
To celebrate the spirit of inclusion, the Empowe(H)er competition awards the nominee and the nominator with exclusive prizes. Four women will receive an exclusive two-night stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr with in-room breakfast and a VIP spa treatment at Avitane Spa. Additionally, they will receive a bespoke suit tailored by Canvas The Label, designed to make a statement in any professional or special occasion setting. Five nominators also stand a chance to win! Nominate a special woman in your life, and you could be the lucky winner of two-day passes to Rixos Bab Al Bahr, offering a chance to experience the resort for yourself.

There are four categories which you can nominate women for:
- Community Hero: Honouring women who have significantly impacted their local communities.
- Trailblazer in Business: Recognising women who have achieved remarkable success in the business world.
- Unsung Hero: Acknowledging women who make a difference behind the scenes.
- Young Inspirer: Celebrating young women under 25 who are making an impact.
Submitting your nomination is easy, and everyone is invited to participate:
- Select the category which best suits your role model.
- Write a nomination up to 500 words detailing why she inspires you and what impact she has made in your life and the community.
- Submit your nomination on the official Empowe(H)er competition page by visiting https://empowerher.rixos.com/
- To further support their nomination and stand a chance to win two-day passes, participants are encouraged to engage on social media:

Terms & Conditions:
- Nominations are open to women of all ages.
- The competition will run until 21st March 2024. The winner will be announced on 29th March 2024.
- Each participant can nominate one woman, accompanied by a written submission explaining why she deserves to win.
- The prize voucher must be redeemed within 12 months. Booking is subject to availability and excludes black-out dates.
- Participants agree to the use of nominated stories and photographs in promotional activities.
- Stories must be genuine and verifiable.
- Nominations should celebrate achievements without disparaging others.
